Purpose of the processing
The processing of the provided personal data is solely aimed at:

Data retention period
The data provided will be kept for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and for the period provided for by tax laws and regulations.
Scope of communication and dissemination of data
With regard to the purposes indicated in point 2, the data may be communicated to the following subjects:
Banks for the management of collections and payments;
Financial administrations or public institutions to fulfill regulatory obligations;
Accountants, consultants, companies, and law firms for the protection of contractual rights or the provision of professional services;
Agents, representatives;
Company employees;
Those responsible for the maintenance of the computer system.
Except as required by law or by EU regulations, in compliance with the obligation of industrial or professional secrecy, L’Alveare srl will not transmit or disseminate personal data.
